4. The government announced that the ceremony commenced on time. Tens of thousands people gathered to listen to the president. It was a crucial moment because they hoped that the new president terminates the violence, and brings the country to a stable situation. Suddenly the ceremony was interrupted by oppositions. They started chanting slogans against the rigid disciplines that were imposed on people for more than two years.
